Mind Baking began in a two-oven kitchen off Turner Road with one stubborn belief: real bread takes time, and shortcuts always taste like shortcuts. A decade later we still mix every dough by hand, still ferment overnight, and still refuse anything artificial.
Our bakers source stone-milled wheat from Madhya Pradesh, churn their own cultured butter, and finish each cake to order. What leaves our counter is meant to be remembered — the birthday cake people still talk about, the croissant that starts a Sunday right.
